Shipping Issues: Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows delivered, but you have not received your package, we ask that you contact us send to email to help locate your package. We will open an investigation for 7 business days from the delivery date. If the package are not found after 7 business days, we will refund or replace the item.
Shipping Issues: Delivery Address Corrections
If you notice that your order has been placed with an incorrect delivery address, contact customer service as soon as possible to see if the order can be corrected prior to shipping. This is often not possible due to how quickly our warehouse processes orders for shipment. In the event, the order is shipped with the incorrect address, we can only try to correct the address.
